These terms govern your use of the Vialwise iOS app ("Vialwise" or the "app"), provided by Sovereign Systems LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms.

Medical disclaimer. Vialwise is for educational reference and personal record-keeping only. Nothing in the app is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for a licensed healthcare professional. Do not start, stop, or change any medication, supplement, or dose based on information in the app without consulting a qualified clinician. Peptides can have serious effects and risks. If you experience a medical emergency, call your local emergency number.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old to use Vialwise. By using the app you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Not a seller or source

Sovereign Systems LLC does not sell, supply, or source peptides or any other products. The app does not link you to vendors. Any decision to obtain a substance is yours alone, and you are responsible for complying with laws that apply to you.

3. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, including profile details, protocols, dose logs, and weight entries, and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You may delete your account at any time in the app under Me → Delete account.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the app for any unlawful purpose.
Do not attempt to access other users' data, interfere with the service, or reverse engineer it except where the law allows.
Do not use the app to promote the sale or distribution of substances.

5. Reminders and data accuracy

Dose reminders are delivered by your device and may be delayed, missed, or not delivered if notifications are disabled, the device is off or offline, or system settings interfere. Do not rely on reminders as your only safety measure. Calculations and reference content may contain errors or be out of date.

6. Intellectual property

The app, its design, and its content are owned by Sovereign Systems LLC or its licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for its intended purposes.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sovereign Systems LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any injury or health outcome arising from your use of the app or reliance on its content.

9. Termination

You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you violate these terms.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
