Privacy Policy

Sovereign Systems LLC ("we", "us") operates the Vialwise iOS app ("Vialwise" or the "app"). This policy explains what the app collects, why, who processes it, how long we keep it, and how you can delete it.
1. Summary
- We collect your account details, the answers you give in your profile, and the health-related records you choose to log.
- Your data is stored in Convex, a cloud database hosted in the United States. Sign-in is handled by WorkOS.
- We do not show ads, use tracking, sell data, or use third-party analytics.
- You can delete your account and all associated data in the app at Me → Delete account.
2. Information we collect
Account
- Email address and name, provided through WorkOS when you sign in.
Profile
- Name, goals, experience level, age, sex, height, and weight, as you enter them in onboarding or later edits.
Health and tracking records
- Protocols you create (peptide names, schedules, and notes you enter).
- Dose logs, including dose amount and injection site.
- Weight entries with dates.
You are not required to provide every field. Fields you leave blank are not stored.
3. How we use information
- To create and secure your account and sign you in.
- To provide the app's features: peptide reference and goal-based matching, protocol and dose tracking, weight tracking, and personal history views.
- To schedule local dose reminders on your device.
- To respond to support requests you send us.
We do not use your information for advertising or to build marketing profiles, and we do not sell or rent it.
4. Local notifications
Dose reminders are scheduled and delivered on your device. If you enable them, the reminder times are kept on your device. You can turn reminders off or revoke notification permission in iOS Settings at any time.
5. Service providers (processors)
We share data only with the service providers needed to run the app:
- WorkOS provides account authentication and receives your email and name for sign-in.
- Convex stores your account, profile, protocol, dose log, and weight data in the United States.
These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and security practices. We do not use third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or tracking tools in the app.
6. Retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your account record, profile, protocols, dose logs, and weight entries from our systems.
7. Your choices and deletion
- Delete account: In the app, go to Me → Delete account. This removes your account and all of your data.
- Edit data: You can change your profile and log entries in the app.
- Other requests: Email admin@sovereignsystems.app to ask about, access, or correct your data, or if you cannot use the in-app deletion.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical measures to protect your data in transit and at rest. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
Vialwise is intended for users 17 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 17. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact admin@sovereignsystems.app and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
