Frequently asked questions

How do I delete my account and all my data?

Open the app, go to Me, and tap Delete account. This permanently removes your account, profile, protocols, dose logs, and weight entries. If you cannot access the app, email admin@sovereignsystems.app from the address on your account and we will help.

My dose reminders are not firing. What should I check?

Make sure notifications are allowed for Vialwise in iOS Settings → Notifications.
Check that Focus or Do Not Disturb is not silencing the app.
Confirm the reminder is turned on in the app and the time is correct for your device's time zone.
If the reminder still does not fire after these checks, email us with your iOS version and reminder time.

What units does Vialwise use?

Weight and dose values are shown in the units you select in the app. If a value looks wrong, check the unit label next to it and correct the entry.

Is Vialwise medical advice?

No. Vialwise is an educational reference and personal log. Talk to a licensed healthcare professional before making any decisions about medications, peptides, or doses. See the Terms of Use for the full disclaimer.

Does Vialwise sell peptides?

No. Sovereign Systems LLC does not sell, supply, or source peptides, and the app does not link to vendors.
